RMS issues warning over mmc2025 accommodation emails

The RMS has become aware of potential scam emails offering hotel reservations for mmc2025.

A number of speakers due to attend the event have received unsolicited emails requesting information about their accommodation requirements, referencing "flexible reservations" and "cancellation options".

The Society does not contact speakers or attendees in this way, and advises all attendees to book through the event's official online booking agency, Reservation Highway.

Reservation Highway has arranged specially negotiated rates at selected hotels. Early booking is highly recommended, please book by Friday 30 May 2025. Bookings made after this date will be on a request basis and subject to availability, rates may also vary.
