Exhibition Booking Opening Dates, Stand Costs, and Payment Plans

The RMS is pleased to announce the timeline for booking exhibition stands and additional sponsorship opportunities at the Microscience Microscopy Congress 2027 (mmc2027) incorporating EMAG 2027. A vibrant exhibition will be held alongside the conference programme which comprises of six parallel sessions. The exhibition will provide opportunities for companies to showcase their products and services and to connect with the microscopy community. More than 1000 delegates and visitors are expected to attend mmc2027 from the UK, Europe and further afield.

Booking Opening Dates

Stand bookings, tiered packages, commercial workshops and individual sponsorship opportunities will open on the following dates:

On the dates new bookings are opening (14 October, 21 October, 4 November) it will not be possible to make bookings between 12:00 and 14:00, as this will be when the new booking links are sent out to exhibitor contacts.

Please note the links will not be active until 14:00 BST on each of the booking days. If you would like to add additional colleagues to the mmc2027 exhibitor email, please ask them to register their interest HERE.

How to book an Exhibition Stand for mmc2027

• To submit a booking you will need an online RMS account set up in your own name. If you have not already done so, you will need to create an online account to view and submit the sponsorship request form. To do this, go to the RMS Website Login page and 'Register for a website account'. We recommend setting up your account in advance to avoid any delay as stands will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time the submission is received.
• Please note that the floorplan will be updated on an ongoing basis as exhibition stands are booked, so it is essential that your preferences are chosen from those available at the time of submitting your request. The floorplan can be viewed on the button above.
• Click on the mmc2027 Event Booking Page Link on the email which will be sent out on the day bookings open, and login into your RMS account. 
• Select the mmc2027 Exhibition Stand ticket available

The price will be calculated based on the size of the stand allocated, at the price per sqm at the time of booking. An invoice and contract will be sent after your stand allocation has been confirmed. The Exhibition Stands will be calculated at the following prices:

£525.00 per sqm until 31 December 2026

£560.00 per sqm from 1 January 2027 onwards

• Submit your personal and company details.

2. Stand Booking Preferred Options Questions

• Confirm you are booking the correct number of sqm for your booking to be processed. (Tickbox)
• Are your organisation RMS Corporate Members? (Yes/No)
• Would you like to reserve the standard commercial workshop included with Gold/Silver Corporate Membership?  (Yes/No)
• Package Shell Scheme Stand or Space Only Stand. (Tick your selection)
• List your 5 stand preferences selected from those available on the floorplan at the time of your submission. It will be mandatory to select 5 stand preferences, and please enter each individual stand number you would like to have. 

Example Stand Choices:

If selecting a stand of 54 sqm and over you would need to select a minimum of 6 stand numbers, as each block is 9 sqm.

Please see the examples below on how to complete the form:

Example 1 - List all the stand numbers you require

1st Stand Choice *     101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106

Example 2 - Type 'Block' followed by the smallest number and largest number in the block.

1st Stand Choice *    Block 101 to 106

3. Company Information

• Confirm how you would like your company name listed on the exhibitor list page.
• Submit a current JPEG or PNG logo for your company.
• List a website URL for your logo to be linked to.
• A post-event survey contact name and email address.

4. Invoice Details

• Invoice contact name and their email address.
• Company invoice postal address.
• Purchase Order Number (where applicable).
• VAT number (where applicable).

Once you have submitted your exhibition booking request you will receive an automated confirmation that it has been received. A member of the RMS team will be in contact by email within 5 working days to confirm your exhibition stand allocation and to send you your contract and invoice.
