1 - Exhibition Dates
Exhibition build up dates: Saturday 3 July - Monday 5 July 2027 - Build up dates are subject to the size of the stand, and if you have a space only or shell scheme stand.
Exhibition open: Tuesday 6 July - Thursday 8 July 2027

2 - Exhibition Booking Opening Dates, Stand Costs, and Payment Plans
The RMS is pleased to announce the timeline for booking exhibition stands and additional sponsorship opportunities at the Microscience Microscopy Congress 2027 (mmc2027) incorporating EMAG 2027. A vibrant exhibition will be held alongside the conference programme which comprises of six parallel sessions. The exhibition will provide opportunities for companies to showcase their products and services and to connect with the microscopy community. More than 1000 delegates and visitors are expected to attend mmc2027 from the UK, Europe and further afield.
Booking Opening Dates
Stand bookings, tiered packages, commercial workshops and individual sponsorship opportunities will open on the following dates:

On the dates new bookings are opening (14 October, 21 October, 4 November) it will not be possible to make bookings between 12:00 and 14:00, as this will be when the new booking links are sent out to exhibitor contacts.

The exhibition stand cost includes:
| Basic shell scheme - white shell scheme stand which includes a fascia, ceiling grid, poles and panels. Please note that furniture is not included but can be ordered at an additional charge through the official stand contractor |
| 1 x 500w power socket (all stands will include one 500w power socket for every 9 sqm booked, stand size rounded up) *. Additional power sockets can also be ordered at an additional charge through the electrical contractor |
| 1 x Fluorescent tube light (all stands will include one fluorescent for every 9 sqm booked, stand size rounded up)* |

*Exhibition stands smaller than 9 sqm will receive 1 x socket, 1 x light, and 1 x Shared Company Conference Pass.
3 - Floor Plan
The mmc2027 exhibition will be located in the main exhibition space at Manchester Central, alongside posters, catering, and workshop rooms. If you are unable to access the floor plan below you can view a standalone version.
Important Stand Information
- Please click on the exhibition stand number to see the stand size in sqm.
- Please note you can only book stands of 15 sqm or over as space only stands. Stands under 15 sqm are only available as shell scheme stands.
- Stand numbers 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, and 606 are 6 sqm stands and can only be selected as individual stands.
- When submitting your booking preferences, you will be asked to select your exhibition stand preferences (five required). Exhibition stands within a block can be selected individually or joined together to create a larger stand. If you wish to join blocks of exhibition stands together, please enquire before booking, as we are required to maintain lines of sight and traffic flow.
- The floorplan will be updated on an ongoing basis as stands are booked, so it is essential that your preferences are selected from those available at the time of booking. Once your stand preferences have been received, stands will be allocated on a strictly first-come/first-served basis.
4 - Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
Additional sponsorship bookings including tiered packages open on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 14:00 GMT. Please note that the additional sponsorship tickets will only show for companies who have had their exhibition stand confirmed by a member of the RMS team.
Companies who have booked an exhibition stand at mmc2027 will also have the chance to build on their presence both pre-event and during the event, by choosing from our range of tailored sponsorship opportunities. Whether you are looking for maximum visibility across the entire event or targeted brand exposure in specific areas, we have options to suit every budget.
All items are available on a first come, first served basis. Prices vary depending on exclusivity and placement.
For companies seeking maximum exposure and recognition, our tiered sponsorship packages provide the most comprehensive way to showcase your brand. Each package is designed to deliver strong visibility both before and during the event, ensuring your organisation is positioned as a leader within the microscopy community. From our headline Gold sponsorship to our Silver option, these packages offer opportunities to align your company with innovation, reach a wide professional audience, and gain recognition across the event.
If you prefer to tailor your involvement, our individual sponsorship items allow you to target specific touchpoints of the exhibition. These opportunities are ideal for companies to create a lasting impression with attendees through branded materials. If any company books an individual sponsorship item they will be considered a Bronze Sponsor. Please note this does not include co-sponsor event promotion or additional shared company conference passes.
Co-Sponsor Event Promotion
Should other companies represented on your stand as co-exhibitors, partners and distributors wish to be promoted in their own right, then a charge of £450.00 would apply in respect of this promotional opportunity. The co-sponsor fee will include a website listing, conference app listing / searchable company directory, listing with website link in the June 2027 infocus (for bookings received by 30 April 2027).
This will become available to book when additional sponsorship bookings open on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 14:00 GMT. Please note that the additional sponsorship tickets will only show for companies who have had their exhibition stand confirmed by a member of the RMS team.
Please note we can only send invoices for this promotion to the company who has contracted to exhibit at mmc2027.

5 - How to book an Exhibition Stand at mmc2027
For information on how to book your exhibition stand at mmc2027, please visit the Exhibition Stand Booking Procedure page link below.
To submit a booking you will need an online RMS account set up in your own name. If you have not already done so, you will need to create an online account to view and submit the sponsorship request form. To do this, go to the RMS Website Login Page and 'Register for a website account'. We recommend setting up your account in advance to avoid any delay as stands will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date and time the submission is received.
6 - Exhibitor Registration
Each company who exhibits at mmc2027 receives unlimited Exhibition Stand Representative tickets permitting access to the exhibition hall, poster area and commercial workshops.
