Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

If you prefer to tailor your involvement, our individual sponsorship items allow you to target specific touchpoints of the exhibition. These opportunities are ideal for companies to create a lasting impression with attendees through branded materials. Each item is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is designed to maximise your visibility in creative and effective ways.

Commercial Workshops at mmc2027

Our hugely popular commercial workshops have proven to be successful vehicles for sponsors to showcase their products and services to a targeted audience at previous mmcs. There will be opportunities to present during dedicated slots within the scientific programme from Tuesday 6 July 2027 to Thursday 8 July 2027.  

Workshops will be strictly 30 minutes in length and will run back-to-back. In most cases this doesn’t allow for the setup of demonstration equipment. We therefore recommend a PowerPoint presentation. All rooms will be set up theatre-style and will be equipped with a lectern, microphone, projector, screen, laser pointer and laptop with PowerPoint. 

There are two types of workshops on offer, Standard and Premium. Standard workshops will be in parallel with the conference sessions in the mornings and afternoons. Premium workshops will take place during the mid-day break. 

Standard workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday will be charged at £325.00 + VAT per workshop. There is no limit to the number of standard commercial workshops that you may select. In addition, Gold and Silver corporate members can select one complimentary standard workshop as part of their corporate member package, by selecting the appropriate ticket.

Premium workshops are available during the mid-day break on Tuesday and  Wednesday and will be charged at £625.00 + VAT.  Please note that the premium workshops are limited to only two bookings per exhibiting company. Any remaining premium workshops will be released and available to all exhibitors in the spring of 2027. 

Thursday Workshops will be charged at £150 + VAT. It will be possible to select a workshop during the morning or mid-day break on Thursday, subject to availability.

Once your booking has been confirmed you will be sent a link to select your preferred date and time. 

Commercial Talks/ 5-Minute Techno Bite Presentations

Exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to submit an abstract for a commercial talk/ 5-minute techno bite presentation through the abstract submission system, by selecting techno bite as the submission type as well as the preferred conference session. This can be a commercially orientated presentation. The submitted abstract would be reviewed by the session chairs alongside other submissions. If the abstract is accepted by the session organiser, the submitter will be notified, and an invoice raised for the commercial opportunity.

Accepted commercial talks / techno bites will be charged at £695.00 + VAT. 

If you wish to submit an abstract for an academic presentation, this can also be submitted through the abstract system. The abstracts must not be commercial in nature, and they will be reviewed by the session organiser. If successful they will not incur a charge.
