Exhibitor Manual

The exhibitor manual is designed to provide you with the information needed to plan your participation at the exhibition, with links to the appointed contractors' order forms and information.

It should be used alongside the exhibitor guide which provides general information on what is included with your stand booking, build-up and breakdown times, exhibiton opening hours, the venue and other general event information and instructions. Please refer to the Exhibitor Guide.

Shell scheme exhibitors should note that the basic shell scheme includes the following as standard before placing any orders:

Carpet
Name board
1 x 500w power socket (all stands will include one 500w power socket for every 9sqm booked, stand size rounded up).*
1 x fluorescent tube light (all stands will include one fluorescent for every 9sqm booked, stand size rounded up). *
Unlimited exhibitor passes are included in your stand booking, giving you full access to the exhibition, workshops and complimentary tea & coffee
For every 9sqm booked you will receive 1 conference pass, giving you access to the conference sessions

*Stands smaller than this will receive one socket and one light.

Exhibitor Stand Representative Registration Booking Link The registration system is person specific. All attendees will need to either have or will need to set up an RMS account before registering. There is no restriction to the number of stand representatives that can register. Stand representatives will have access to the exhibition hall, commercial workshops, poster village and Scientific Imaging Competition. Please select 'Exhibitor Stand Representative Ticket' as ticket type. Each stand will also receive 1 complimentary full conference pass for every 9sqm of space booked, rounded up. These can be picked up from the organisers office on arrival at mmc2023. The passes will be in your company name so that they can be shared amongst your registered stand representatives to allow access to the Conference sessions in addition to the exhibition hall.	RMS
