Explore the next step in high content imaging – MACSima™

The MACSima™ Instrument is a fully automated imaging system based on fluorescence microscopy. It’s MICS (multiparameter imaging cell screen) technology united with a broad spectrum of available antibodies, enables you to analyze hundreds of markers within a single sample, multiple samples at a time, while it is still convenient and easy to use. The technology uses the basic principle of iterative staining with different fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies to acquire microscopy data for a multitude of parameters without harming the sample. The resulting stack of hundreds of marker images provides an unprecedented insight into any kind of fixed sample.,In this interview Dr. Ali Ertürk, Director of the Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (iTERM), Helmholtz Zentrum Münche

Multiphoton microscopy video – using the TriM Scope™ II Imaging System

Crawling of effector CD8 T (CD8 TE) cells visualized by multiphoton intravital microscopy in the liver of a HBcAg transgenic mouse (H2b) that was injected with H2b-restricted Cor93 (red) and H2d-restricted Env28 (green) CD8 TE. Sinusoids are in gray and hepatocellular nuclei are in blue. Scale bar represents 50 mm. Observations indicate that CD8 TE exhibit an intrasinusoidal crawling behavior that halts when hepatocellular antigens are recognized. The data was kindly provided by Matteo Iannacone, San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Milan.
