    Abstract text

    Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) microscopy has benefited from high sensitivity and spectral resolution for label-free imaging with molecular specificity, and hence showed broad applications in biomedical imaging, such as rapid and intraoperative histology. Further combined with deep-learning algorithms, we have investigated the possibility of SRS in the intelligent diagnosis on various human disease tissues, including laryngeal carcinoma, breast tumor and gastric endoscopic biopsies.
