Throughout mmc2019 there will be a number of social events that are perfect for networking and relaxing. The include:
 

Welcome Drinks Reception - Monday 1 July, 1830 onwards. Manchester Central

Join us in celebrating the opening of mmc2019. Following the first two Plenary Lectures of the conference, there will be an informal drinks reception in the foyer of Manchester Central. 
 

Poster Sessions - Tuesday 2 July, Wednesday 3 July, Thursday 4 July, Manchester Central, Exhibition Hall

Once the conference sessions have finished for the afternoon, the daily poster sessions allow you to browse the mmc2019 Poster Village and discuss the research with the authors. The mmc2019 Poster Village will house over 100 posters incorporating a wide range of microscopy techniques in both life and physical science.

mmc2019 Congress Banquet - Wednesday 3 July, 1900 onwards. The Principal Hotel, Manchester

The mmc2019 Congress Banquet always proves to be a great night. The pre-dinner drinks and the sit down meal allow for cross-disciplinary networking amongst conference delegates and company representatives in a relaxed atmosphere. For those opting for a late night, after dinner the music starts and there's the chance to let your hair down after a busy few days at the Congress. Not forgetting the brilliant photobooth where you can capture the fun of the night!
 

Closing Drinks Reception - Thursday 4 July, 1705 onwards. Manchester Central
