Your Badge

Prior to the event, you will receive a QR Code by email. Please bring this email with you to the registration desk (either printed or electronically). You will be able to scan this QR code at one of our self-service terminals to print your conference badge. Your conference badge also allows you access to the Exhibition from Tuesday 4 July until 1500 on Thursday 6 July. You will also be able print your badge by typing in the email address you have registered with.

If your registration is unpaid, you will receive an email but it will ask you to visit the main registration desk, not the self-service terminals, in order to make payment. The terminals will not print your badge.

To use one of the self-service terminals hold the QR code in front of the red scan light, or just type in your badge reference number or email address. If you need assistance, please visit the registration desk next to the terminals.

Please note - if you have made payment for your registration within the last 10 days, you may still have to go to the main registration desk to print your badge.

After registering, you will be able to collect your lunch vouchers at the Voucher Collection Point next to the registration terminals.

Virtual Delegate Bag

As part of our commitment to sustainability we will not be providing a printed conference programme or other material, it will be available in the Virtual Delegate Bag and through the conference app.

As well as a full PDF conference programme, the virtual delegate bag contains material from sponsors and lots of other useful information. Please make sure you take the time to view the bag and download the resources.

Also with sustainability in mind we have not produced any new merchandise for this event, instead we have brought with us unused items, like pens and notepads, from previous events that people may still find useful. These will be available from the RMS stand at the back of the exhibition hall.

Please note that the PDF programme may differ slightly from the online version due to any changes that have taken place at the last minute. The scientific programme will be correct online and in the app.

Lanyards

You can collect your lanyard (sponsored by Nanosurf) from the self-service terminals or registration desk.
